What you'll do

• Generate and follow up on leads
• Prospect and market through site visits and drop-ins
• Maintain and grow current client accounts
• Perform job site inspections
• Build proposals and close deals on commercial flooring solutions

What we're looking for

• Experience in flooring or construction sales is a plus
• Proven ability to build market share
• Self-starter with strong communication skills
• Confident with numbers and tech
• Organized, persistent and customer-focused
