We are seeking skilled and experienced flooring subcontractors to join our team. Our projects span a wide range of industries, including retail, schools, healthcare, multifamily housing, and more. If you have a strong background in flooring installation and are passionate about delivering high-quality work, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Install various types of flooring, including but not limited to laminate, carpet, vinyl, hardwood, and tile, while adhering to project specifications and industry standards.
• Prepare installation sites by removing old flooring, leveling subfloors, and managing moisture control as necessary.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently throughout the installation process.
• Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe, managing all tools and materials responsibly.
• Communicate effectively with project team, team members, and clients to ensure project goals are met.

• Must provide proof of insurance.
• Reliable transportation to travel to various project sites.
• Own set of tools necessary for flooring installation.

• Proven experience in flooring installation.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality work.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and perform tasks requiring extended periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
