A Survey project manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Florida Licensed Surveyor
• Supervision of mapping staff
• Communicating and meeting with clients
• Performing survey work in the field
• Supervising and coordinating field work and mapping efforts
• Administration and management of subdivision platting in various Northeastern Florida counties and municipalities
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and reports
• Review and interpretation of title documents
• Description writing and plotting
• Quality control of various types of maps and surveys
• General CAD mapping (AutoCAD V2022)

Compensation begins at $100,000.00 and is negotiable based on skills and experience.
