We are looking for a Florist Helper!
Volt is immediately hiring for Florist Helper in Hollywood Hills, CA
As a Florist Helper you will:

• You are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to client families.
• Selling flowers over the counter, answering phones, taking orders over the phone or in person, balancing the cash drawer and taking payments.
• Responsible for making flower sale presentations to client families as part of the funeral arrangement process.
• Cut and process new flowers when they arrive.

This is a 40 hour a week position, working every other weekend, with days off alternating Mon/Wed.
The ideal candidate will have:

• Customer Service experience required; flower shop /cashier/ sales experience.
• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Type 35 wpm and be PC literate (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Must be able to handle difficult situations with minimal supervision and work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.

Alternating Schedule: 6am-3pm or 7am-4pm
This is a Full-time, TEMP ONLY (4 months or longer) opportunity.
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
