Customer Fulfillment (CFF) is a fundamental part in making multichannel retailing in reality. To support in achieving business objectives, CFF acts as a fully integrated, process-oriented organisation with an end-to-end, customer centric approach to develop our business and deliver results across functions together with our partners. To take responsibility for securing fulfillment on the market in an end-to-end perspective by enabling the prerequisites for excellent quality in execution: • Break down the overall Supplying Strategy, on a goods flow perspective into action for all fulfillment units on the market. Fulfillment Availability and Support will contribute to this objective by:
• Securing planning and fulfilment in an end to end perspective by enabling the prerequisites for excellent quality in execution
• Securing the optimal range location in the fulfilment units to lowest cost and while keeping availability and lead-time promise
• Securing the set-up for campaigns and extraordinary situations
• Securing optimised set-up our complete network by utilising the market specific parts of article allocation and order rules.
• Striving for high performance at lowest cost and long-term profitability acting in a responsible way and thereby create great customer experience
• Supply stakeholders in central, store and service fulfilment with accurate goods flow and stock plans
• Steer goods flow
• Enable securing capacities in all fulfilment units on the market on short-, mid-, and long term.

Contribute to the day to day work and development of the fulfilment availability and support organisation within the market with a customer-centric and collaborative approach in focus.
Contribute to creating the right prerequisites in the organisation to enable the growth agenda and secure the Group and Market Customer
Fulfilment agenda is translated into the Fulfillment Availability and Support organisation. Focus on delivering results with the sense of urgency, achieving and exceeding operational goals and higher efficiency on daily tasks.
Provide a subject matter expertise and advice to business leaders within Fulfillment Availability and Support processes that will contribute to the development of business and people. Implement, assess standards, guidelines and policies within the own area of expertise and contribute to their development and update.

ASSIGNMENTS Job specific key tasks and responsibilities
• Responsible for seamlessly enabling daily operations and an efficient distribution network on the market by securing and end to end planning and fulfilment process through gathering, processing, analysing and sharing goods flow information and trends, identifying possible risks and proposing actions to prevent and providing accurate flow and capacity plans.
• Responsible for assessing current and planned fulfilment unit capacity on the market in terms of short, mid and long-term needs and identify solutions in order to enable securing agreed goals on availability and keeping lead time promise at the lowest possible cost.
• Responsible for supporting operations in close cooperation with the whole Fulfilment Availability and Support functions in any exceptional or emergency situation regarding flow, stock and capacity (e.g. commercial activities and campaigns, supply problems, unexpected peaks)
• Contribute to an aligned and high quality flow and capacity planning process on the market including providing and aligning the right short-, mid-, and long-term capacities to reach target availability to the customer at high quality and lowest possible total cost.
• Contribute to providing the Market Fulfilment Availability and Support Manager with recommended actions to address any identified capacity imbalances and input to expansion plans and range classification
• Responsible for developing local improvements in working methods, systems and tools and for implementing global routines, systems solutions and ways of working with all partners in the Supply Chain, Retail and Customer Fulfilment on the market, in close cooperation and co- Competence Profile |Flow and Capacity Planner 40000110 creation with the Group Flow and Capacity Planning to secure continuous improvement.
• Contribute with both knowledge and expertise to optimal operational and multichannel development and tendering activities as well as to all matrices, global initiatives and competence networks.
• Responsible for actively supporting the fulfilment units with securing agreed goals on the use of existing fulfilment unit capacity and identifying and analysing capacity constraints through coaching and supporting with identified improvement potentials to secure smooth constraint planning and maximise commercial opportunities.
• Responsible for promoting and stimulating entrepreneurial orientation and contribution to development and innovation for the own organisation and total in close cooperation with the Group Functions.
• Responsible for considering the parameters connected to the Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda on the market in flow and capacity planning across all touchpoints.
