Job Title: Flow-Wrapper Packaging Operator

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay: $20–$22/hour

Job Type: 

• Full-Time (35–40 hours/week)

• Weekends required
• Shift: Monday - Friday, occasional weekends as needed
• Must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays on occasion

Position Overview:

As a Flow-Wrapper Packaging Operator, you’ll assist in operating our automated packaging machine to keep production running smoothly and our baked goods looking sharp and shelf-ready. This is a hands-on role in our Arizona Warehouse, perfect for someone who’s mechanically inclined, loves working with food, and takes pride in doing things the right way.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily operation of the automated flow-wrapper machine
• Package finished baked goods accurately and efficiently
• Monitor product appearance and quality to ensure it meets standards
• Follow and promote all Food Safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• Help with disassembly and reassembly of the machine for cleaning or maintenance
• Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to your supervisor
• Support the warehouse production team with other duties as assigned
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Valid Food Handler’s Card (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Mechanically inclined with good attention to detail
• 6+ months experience in automated packaging or machine operation preferred
• Experience in food production or manufacturing a plus
• Ability to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced setting
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and stand for extended periods
