Pay: $18–$22/hour (DOE)
Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (occasional overtime/weekends as needed)

We are seeking a Flushing Technician for a global manufacturer of high-performance air-cooled heat exchangers. With over 60 years of innovation in the power generation, oil & gas, and industrial markets, this company is known for precision, safety, and top-quality products. The Flushing Technician will be responsible for cleaning and flushing heat exchanger units to ensure all components meet stringent cleanliness and quality standards before delivery.

Key Responsibilities for the Flushing Technician:

• Perform fluid flushing and cleaning operations on heat exchangers and internal piping systems.
• Set up and operate pumps, hoses, and filtration systems to circulate cleaning fluids through components.
• Monitor fluid clarity and pressure during flushing process and document results.
• Change out filters during the flushing cycle to ensure proper filtration.
• Pressure test components to identify leaks or contamination.
• Follow detailed flushing procedures and cleanliness requirements.
• Complete inspection reports and job documentation accurately.
• Handle and dispose of fluids and filters per environmental and safety regulations.
• Communicate with assembly, quality, and engineering teams to coordinate workflow.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and perform routine equipment checks.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mechanical assembly, flushing, or industrial cleaning preferred.
• Familiarity with pumps, valves, hoses, and industrial filtration systems.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, diagrams, and documentation.
• Comfortable working with fluids and changing filters.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
