Priority Group Services are seeking a reliable and motivated Flyer Distributor to promote our priority group services in New Jersey. As a Flyer Distributor, you will be responsible for distributing flyers door-to-door and in public places to raise awareness and generate interest in our services. Your role will play a crucial part in expanding our reach and connecting with potential customers.

• Responsibilities:

1. Distribute Flyers: Effectively distribute flyers in designated areas, including residential neighborhoods and public places, following the assigned distribution route.

2. Promote Priority Group Services: Communicate the benefits and features of our priority group services to individuals and households, generating interest and answering basic inquiries.

3. Maintain Professionalism: Interact with potential customers in a courteous and respectful manner, representing our company and services professionally.

4. Achieve Distribution Targets: Ensure the distribution of a specified number of flyers within the assigned timeframe, meeting daily and weekly targets.

5. Utilize Smartphone and Apps: Efficiently use a smartphone and specific applications provided by the company for tracking and reporting distribution activities.

6. Monitor and Report: Regularly report on the progress of flyer distribution, providing feedback on the areas covered and any issues encountered during the distribution process.

7. Follow Guidelines: Adhere to the guidelines and instructions provided for flyer distribution, including specific locations, time frames, and target demographics.

• Requirements:

1. Previous Experience: Prior experience in flyer distribution or a similar field is preferred. Demonstrated reliability and commitment to completing assigned tasks efficiently.

2. Physical Fitness: Ability to walk or stand for extended periods and carry a reasonable number of flyers during distribution. A level of physical fitness is required to successfully perform the job.

3. Smartphone Proficiency: Proficiency in using smartphones and basic applications. Ability to use specific tracking and reporting apps provided by the company.

4. Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in English to effectively engage with potential customers and address their inquiries.

5. Time Management: Excellent time management skills to ensure the completion of assigned distribution routes within designated timeframes.

6. Responsible and Reliable: Dependability is essential for this role. You must be punctual, follow instructions accurately, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

7. Valid Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license is an advantage but not mandatory.
