Description

Our agency is in need of an FNP to provide interim coverage to an employee/family based primary care clinic in Franklin, IN.

Details:

Start - Nov 24 - Dec 24, M-F

M & W - 7:30a-3:30p, T & TH - 8:30a-4:30p & Fri 7:30a-11:30a

Closed Thanksgiving

Basic Primary & acute care - ages 3+

$90 per hour

Paid malpractice, shadow training & module training

Requirements

Must have IN FNP licensure

2+ years primary care experience as an FNP

Clean background

Salary Description

$90 per hour
