Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Description

Our agency is in need of an experienced FNP, able to assist an employee/family based clinic with temporary coverage in Decatur, GA.

Details

Start Nov 17-Jan 2, M-F

Hours: M & W: 8a-5p, T & TH: 10a-7p, F: 8a-12p

Employee/spouse/dependent based clinic, ages 2+

Routine wellness care, chronic care mgmt & urgent visits

$85 per hour

Paid malpractice, shadow training & module training

Requirements

Must have active GA licensure

Must have 2+ years primary care experience an an FNP

Must be BC

Must have clean background (criminal & medical)

Salary Description

85.00 per hour
