Our agency is in need of an FNP to provide temporary coverage to an employee/dependent based clinic in Dodge City, KS.
Details:
Dates of Coverage - ASAP - Aug 1
Hours:
MWF - 8a-5p, T & TH - 10a-7p
Basic family medicine
Ages newborn +
8-10 patients per day
Bilingual preferred
$100 per hour
Paid Malpractice
Paid Shadow Training (4 hours)
Paid Module Training (2 hrs)
Paid mileage if over 30 miles roundtrip
Must have active KS licensure
Must have 2+ years experience in family medicine as an FNP
Must have clean medical and criminal background check
