About the POSITION:

A well-established, community-focused healthcare organization in Grangeville, Idaho is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Primary Care team.

The organization has served the communities of north-central Idaho since 1939 and provides comprehensive healthcare services across a large rural service area. Its primary care program emphasizes accessible, coordinated, team-based care.

• Full-time Primary Care NP/PA opportunity
• Work collaboratively with an MD and experienced Advanced Practice Providers
• Manage an established panel of primary care patients
• Provide full-scope family medicine to patients of all ages
• Care ranges from preventive and routine primary care to chronic disease management
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and families
• Practice within a team experienced in caring for rural populations
• Primary care services span the full continuum of family medicine, from prenatal stages through end-of-life care

About the COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Salary: $125,000–$140,000 per year
• $20,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment
