THE POSITION: Senior Marketing Executive

Become the architect of our online growth! As a Senior Marketing Executive, you'll craft data-driven strategies, execute high-impact campaigns, and collaborate across teams to attract, engage, and convert users. Drive traffic, analyze performance, and stay ahead of the curve.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the company's overall traffic and user growth strategy


• Plays an active role in the formulation of the online business’s growth strategies through ROI-based consumer approaches and data-driven acquisition strategies


• Build and manage performance marketing campaigns according to user lifecycle stage and engagement level


• Analyze performance metrics for the full customer journey, from ad exposure to landing page, engagement, and conversions across all available platforms


• Partner with business development, ads, user operations, design, data, and product teams in order to ensure that there is a shared goal of improving marketing program and campaign performance and in targets for the businessStay current with marketing technologies and best practices

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Meta and Google Ads expertise required


• Fluent English and proficiency in Chinese


• 3-5 years of proven performance marketing experience (tech, e-commerce, O2O a plus)


• Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills


• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills


• Enthusiastic, open-minded, and eager to learnAdaptable to a fast-paced environment and manage time effectivelyPersonal laptop required
