This role is responsible for leading front-line operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, developing team members, and driving daily performance across food safety, speed of service, and hospitality.

Qualifications

• 3+ year of leadership experience in a quick-service restaurant or Chick-fil-A leadership preferred
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to integrity, excellence, and continuous improvement
• Availability to work , evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
