FOH Manager

The Hub Grill and Bar is looking for the next leader for our business. The Hub is a high-volume and fast-paced restaurant that is guest-centric. The Hub strives to be a destination, family-friendly restaurant that serves its community with high excellence. 

We are looking for leaders who:

• Want to grow both professionally and personally


• Have a positive attitude


• Believes in taking care of the team as well as the guests


• Coaches and develops the team around them


• Beer knowledge is a plus, but we can teach it.


• Understands the importance of consistency in leadership


• Coaches and leads through positivity as well as understands the importance of effective communication


• Leadership experience is a plus, but not required


• Restaurant experience is required.
