We’re looking for a Foiler Operator to safely and efficiently run our foiling and wrapping machines. You will ensure every product meets quality, safety, and appearance standards from perfect logo alignment to secure seals while keeping production running smoothly. 

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain foiling and wrapping equipment (Carle & Montanari, Rasch, SAPAL, GEI Auto Wrapper, Flow Tronic 120)
• Load and align foil, paper, or film rolls and adjust tracking and registration for accurate logo placement
• Select and adjust machine recipes, temperatures, and speeds using HMI controls
• Perform changeovers for different product types and wrapping formats
• Monitor quality, troubleshoot issues, and make fine adjustments during production
• Complete minor maintenance, cleaning, and scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
• Follow all GMP, HACCP, and safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout

• Experience in food manufacturing or a regulated industry
• Hands-on experience with HMI-based packaging or wrapping equipment
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) training
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain alignment, seals, and cosmetic standards
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP
