Frankston Packaging is hiring a Full-Time Folder Carton Gluer Operator for our Frankston, Texas facility. We are looking for a dependable operator with hands-on experience running, setting up, and troubleshooting folder gluer equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

• Set up and operate folder gluer machines (Bobst, Jagenberg, Omega, or similar)
• Run straight-line, auto-lock bottom, 4/6 corner, and specialty fold jobs
• Adjust glue systems (cold glue, hot melt) for consistent, high-quality application
• Monitor production runs, perform in-process inspections, and ensure product quality
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance
• Follow job specifications and meet daily production targets
• Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams
• Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment

• 2+ years of experience operating folder gluer equipment in a packaging or converting environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to set up, adjust, and perform minor repairs
• Familiarity with substrates like paperboard and corrugate
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
• Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a production environment
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Dependable with a positive attitude and flexibility for overtime as needed
