Font Desk Office Position

Parallel Employment is excited to announce an opening for a Front Desk Office Position. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our business, providing exceptional service to clients and visitors while managing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while taking accurate messages.
• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting room bookings.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records as required.
• Support various administrative functions as needed, including filing, photocopying, and other clerical duties.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.

Rate of pay is based upon experience $17-19.00 per hour
