Job Description - Food and Beverage Cook I

Our ideal applicant is a team player who can successfully communicate with all kitchen staff to keep our operations running efficiently. If you have a friendly and energetic attitude with a passion for food, please apply today!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare items according to recipes and guidelines

Rotate stock

Keep work areas clean and sanitized

Ensure product quality

Prepare and serve items in a timely manner

Conduct food temperature checks and complete reports

Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 17 years old

Excellent communication skills

One year of cooking experience preferred with working knowledge of restaurant equipment

Must have a strong sense of teamwork and a positive attitude

Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditions

Willing to work in a smoke, tobacco, and drug-free workplace
