Pay: Starting at $14.00/hour
Reports To: Supervisor

Whether you're taking orders, preparing food, serving guests, or keeping the kitchen running smoothly, you'll play an important role in creating an amazing experience for every visitor. If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and being part of a great team, we'd love to have you on board.

Open Availability (weekend and holiday availability) is required.

⚓ What You'll Do

Serve Up Great Experiences

• Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide outstanding customer service


• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system


• Explain menu items, specials, and promotions


• Suggest additional items and upsell when appropriate

Prepare Delicious Food

• Cook and prepare a variety of menu items using fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment


• Prepare ingredients and portion food according to recipes and company standards


• Ensure every order meets quality and presentation standards

Keep It Clean & Safe

• Follow all sanitation, food safety, and health department guidelines


• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, kitchen, and service area


• Properly handle, store, label, and rotate food products

Support Daily Operations

• Stock food and supplies throughout your shift


• Assist with food prep during slower periods


• Complete opening, side work, and closing duties


• Support fellow team members to ensure smooth operations

Beverage Service

• Follow all alcohol service procedures and applicable regulations


• Maintain awareness of responsible beverage service standards

Qualifications

• Previous food service, kitchen, or restaurant experience preferred


• Ability to follow recipes, portion guides, and presentation standards


• Ability to communicate effectively with managers and team members


• Must maintain personal hygiene standards in accordance with Florida Health Department requirements


• Must be at least 18 years of age

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods


• Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping


• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds


• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
