Food & Beverage Director

Welcome to the role of Food & Beverage Director! In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to lead the food and beverage services of our organization and bring your creative vision and enthusiasm to the job. You will be responsible for establishing and managing the operational standards of the food and beverage service, including menu development, purchasing, and inventory management, and ensuring that the quality of the service meets our high standards. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and promotional campaigns to drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities

•  Lead, oversee and manage the entire food and beverage operation of the establishment 
•  Ensure the highest quality standards of service and products are provided to customers
•  Develop and implement menus, pricing, promotions and service standards
•  Develop and manage food and beverage budgets and cost control procedures
•  Monitor, maintain and update beverage and food menus
•  Monitor inventory and order food, beverages and supplies
•  Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations
•  Hire, train and supervise food and beverage staff
•  Manage customer service issues and complaints
•  Coordinate and attend food and beverage events
•  Develop and implement marketing and advertising plans for the food and beverage services
•  Develop relationships with vendors and suppliers
•  Monitor customer feedback and adjust services accordingly

•  Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
•  At least five years of experience in a food and beverage management role
•  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•  Proven track record of delivering exceptional service
•  Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills
•  Ability to oversee multiple projects at once
•  Knowledge of current and emerging trends in food and beverage
•  Ability to create and implement cost-effective strategies
•  A strong understanding of health and safety regulations
•  Ability to train, motivate, and develop a team
•  Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
