Casino M8trix is actively recruiting a Food & Beverage Lead. This role serves as a restaurant shift manager who will lead, direct, and motivate our food and beverage staff in providing our guests with an outstanding and entertaining experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of food and beverage experience or a college degree in hospitality or related field.
• Must be at least 21years of age.
• Must be willing undergo a background check.
• Speak English fluently and coherently (additional language skills a plus).
• Must have flexible working hours (we are a 24/7 operation).

Skills and Abilities:

• Proven leadership and ability to motivate with professionalism.
• Strong communication skills (both written and oral).
• Strong ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well with both employees and managers at all levels.
• Serve as a liaison between the employees and upper management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Must possess a great deal of tact and a strong work ethic.
• Takes great pride in doing their job well and seeing others succeed.
• Provide staff with proper training, support, materials, and tools.
• Possess ability to work irregular hours, nights and weekends, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the business and changes in the work force.
• Knowledge of inventory systems is a plus.

Work Hours and Availability:

Casino M8trix is hiring for all shifts. Must be available to work full-time, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a salaried, exempt position. Pay scale for this position is $66,560 - $70,000 annually (depending on experience). Employee benefits are available for all qualifying full-time employees, including paid time off, medical, vision, dental, and life insurance. In addition, this position receives a shift meal, a 20% discount on food, non-alcoholic beverages, and Casino M8trix merchandise.
