In charge of Club's Food and Beverage Operation to include: Restaurant, Bar, Beverage outlet at Golf Shop, Seasonal Snack Shack, Bar Cart Service, Pool Side, and special events
Requirements
Must be able to adapt with changes of seasons and weather for food and beverage service
Knowledge in Wine
Understand and maintain ordering, inventory, pricing, margins, sales, and overall costs
Team Player - Work with other departments with execution of food and beverage service
Support and Train Service Staff in all areas
Have fun with menu and product mix with support of vendors and suppliers
Be professional and present the club in a professional manner
