The JOB:

We are searching for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to provide a relaxed dining experience to our guests with stunning views. We are excited to add a dynamic manager to our team! If you are a hands-on, energetic, and service-oriented Restaurant General Manager, WE NEED YOU! Responsibilities include:

• Oversees daily operations, working closely with the Chef de Cuisine and Area Managing Director of the Resort
• Develops operating and capital budgets according to the budget calendar; monitors monthly and other financial statements
• Ensures excellence as it relates to the quality of services provided to the guests
• Orders and performs inventory of products
• Provides leadership and a positive work environment for all staff and management team while protecting the assets of the Restaurant and Resort
• Meets and greets guests to promote a comfortable and positive atmosphere for their enjoyment.
• Oversees recruitment and training of personnel to ensure proper staffing and service expectations are being met.
