Food and Beverage Manager

Hyatt Place Augusta is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Manager to lead and oversee all dining and beverage operations at our 115-room hotel in Augusta, GA. This role requires a dynamic leader who can enhance guest satisfaction, ensure quality standards, and drive revenue growth in our food and beverage services.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the food and beverage department, including restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service operations.


• Lead, train, and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver excellent guest experiences and maintain Hyatt Place standards.


• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial management to maximize profitability.


• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.


• Collaborate with other department heads to coordinate seamless guest services and operational efficiency.


• Develop and implement creative menus and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.


• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to manage expenses effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably within a hotel environment.


• Strong leadership and team-building skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control in food and beverage operations.


• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
