Plaza Mariachi is seeking an experienced, hands-on General Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations across our food and bar. This role manages staff, scheduling, inventory, vendor coordination, cash controls, and ensures quality, cleanliness, and consistency across all food and beverage areas. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and calm under pressure, with strong leadership skills and the ability to take ownership of operations while bringing fresh ideas and vision for improving systems, efficiency, and guest experience. Prior food and beverage management experience is required, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
