Job Description - Food & Beverage Manager

A premier 60 -acre oceanfront family resort in the heart of the Florida Keys, is seeking a dynamic F&B Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations across multiple outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage day -to -day F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, pools, room service, and banquets.
  • Lead, train, and develop F&B teams to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards.
  • Drive revenue through menu development, promotions, and cost control (food, beverage, and labor).
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns quickly.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team and other departments for seamless events and daily operations.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve profitability and service quality.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Restaurant/Hospitality Management or related field. 
  • 4+ years of F&B management experience in a luxury resort or multi -outlet hotel.
  • Strong leadership, financial acumen, and customer service skills.
  • Proven track record in managing budgets, inventory, and high -volume operations.
  • Excellent communication and team -building abilities.
  • Flexible availability, including peak seasons, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of the Florida Keys market and tropical/luxury dining is a plus.
  • Due to visa restrictions, at the
    moment we are only accepting candidates from Mexico and Canada.
    The limitation to Mexican and Canadian
    nationals is a legal requirement tied to the specifics of the TN visa, not a
    preference of the employer.
