Food & Beverage Outlet Manager

Doubletree by Hilton Airport is looking for a motivated Restaurant Supervisor to assist in managing daily operations and ensuring excellent guest experiences. This role supports the restaurant manager and leads the team in delivering high-quality service.

• Manage staff for the restaurant, bar and coffee outlet.

Education/Formal Training:

• High school diploma required; hospitality training preferred.

Experience:

• 2+ years in food service or hospitality, with leadership experience.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and service standards.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic financial reporting.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends.
