Food & Beverage Server

The Food & Beverage Server provides attentive, friendly service to guests in the resort’s dining and bar areas, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a positive dining experience. This role helps create a welcoming atmosphere for golfers, RV guests, and event attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and present menus, specials, and beverage options

• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system

• Serve food and beverages in a timely, professional manner

• Make menu recommendations and answer questions about ingredients and preparation

• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

• Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with state laws and resort policy

• Process payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions

• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas before, during, and after service

• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions

• Support beverage cart service on the course as needed

• Assist with banquets, events, and tournament catering as needed

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible-alcohol-service procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred

• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills

• Alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) where required

• Basic math skills and comfort operating a point-of-sale system

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak season

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs (trays, supplies, equipment)

• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Repetitive motions including carrying, bending, and reaching

Compensation:
