Food & Beverage Supervisor

Job Duties: 

The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for the seamless operations of assigned food and beverage areas. Ability to manage all aspects of the food and beverage operations, provide exemplary "members first" service, and foster a family atmosphere are required. The ideal applicant must be hard-working, detail oriented, team focused and have a willingness to exceed expectations. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Plan and execute food and beverage operations and events. 
• Process member concerns and suggestions with empathy and patience. 
• Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed. 
• Communicate and build strong relationships with staff and vendors. 
• Adhere to food, health, and safety standards. 
• Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage staff members.
• Oversee and supervise the entire member/guest experience. 
• Always strive towards an exceptional member experience.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements: 2 years of experience in Food and Beverage operations (Country Club preferred) 

Special Skills: Knowledge of wine, beer, and liquor. Able to stand/walk for 8 hours or more: bending, squatting, reaching forward, lift up to 50 lbs. Experience in a similar club environment preferred.
