• Lead by example on the floor, reinforcing service standards and hospitality culture.
• Assist servers and support staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to food safety and alcohol      service.
• Maintain awareness of ServSafe and related certification requirements for the department.
• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with weekly scheduling and service planning.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of Food & Beverage supervisory experience.
• Prior serving experience in a hospitality Food & Beverage environment 
• ServSafe Certification required.
