Food & Beverage Manager

If you answered yes to all the questions above, then you should know Congressional Country Club is seeking a **Food and Beverage Manager**. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee, plan and direct the operations of the Clubs Casual Dining (3 Meal period) and Clubs Steak House restaurants. Support the team through continuous development, including a team of Servers, Bartenders, Server Assistants, and Assistant Restaurant Managers.

**What will be expected of you:**
*

Leading the restaurant team through visibility on the floor, continuous interactions with Team Members and Club Members.
*

Modeling exceptional hospitality and delivering service excellence for the Team Members.
*

Assist in developing, coaching, supervision, and performance management of Team Members.
*

The selection/hiring manager for new team members of the area restaurant, working closely with other leaders in making selection decisions, part of CCC unique selection strategy
*

Constantly improving upon efficient and consistent execution of all systems, standards, and processes.
*

Ensuring inventory control and P&L responsibility and accountability.
*

Schedules personnel and plans restaurant set-up based upon anticipated member/guest counts and client needs.
*

Greets and seats members and guests.
*

Assist the Team Members with their responsibilities, taking orders for food and beverage, wine service; checking presentation, etc. when necessary.
*

Receives and resolves complaints concerning food, beverage, and service.
*

Lead collaboration between the FOH and Culinary Team Members.
**How we determine your qualifications:**
*

5 years experience in Food & Beverage management, required
*

Wine, liquor, and food knowledge, advanced, required
*

Proven track record of leading and developing a team
