What are you responsible for?

A

Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible

for supervising operations of Food & Beverage outlets to deliver excellent guest experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met. Some tasks you will be expected to perform are (but not limited to):
Supervise Food & Beverage Outlet operations
Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
Ensure compliance of brand standards
Assist F&B management with training and development of team members
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
Lead the team during the shifts to ensure excellent guest service
Assist with payroll and scheduling
Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications:

Refined verbal communication skills
F&B Lead or Supervisor experience 1 years + required
People leadership experience 1+ years required
The ability to multi-task
Must be able to repetitively lift, push, pull & carry up to 25 lbs., frequently up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
Must be able to twist, bend and squat frequently; kneel or crawl occasionally; infrequently climb a ladder
Must be able to perform repetitive hand & arm movements, pushing and pulling and simple grasping frequently; squeezing, overhead reaching & fine manipulation occasionally.
