Food & Beverage Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision:

Assist in supervising daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring service standards are consistently met or exceeded.

Team Leadership:

Provide leadership and support to food and beverage team members, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.

Quality Control:

Maintain high levels of food and service quality across all outlets, conducting regular inspections and providing feedback to staff.

Guest Satisfaction:

Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to enhance the overall guest experience.

Training:

Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members, ensuring they are well-versed in service standards, policies, and procedures.

Inventory Management:

Help manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure proper storage and handling of all food and beverage products.

Health and Safety:

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all food and beverage areas.

Event Coordination:

Assist in the planning and execution of banquets and special events, ensuring all guest requirements are met.

Administrative Duties:

Support the Food and Beverage Manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling, ordering supplies, and preparing reports.
