Job Description - Food Runner

Join our team at Italian Graffiti! We are now hiring for our team and are looking for qualified candidates who are passionate about bringing smiles to our customers and providing excellent hospitality. Apply online to be a part of our team!

What we are looking for:

Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner, making them feel welcome

Communicate with expeditor or Chef to ensure delivery of food to the correct table and seat numbers. Describe all food accurately and answer any questions pertaining to items.

Communicate any needs of the guest to servers, kitchen and management. Clear away any finished plates and maintain proper table cleanliness. Help support other areas of the FOH when time permits

Continuously polish all china and serving utensils, maintain cleanliness and organization of station and service area

Perform assigned open and closing side-work

Perform other job-related duties as requested

Ideal Candidate:

Prior running experience in fine dining preferred

Passion for food, beverage and service

Candidates must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.

Candidate must be at least 18 years old

Must be a team player, have a positive attitude and communicate effectively

Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holidays
