Food Server

Position Summary

Courtyard by Marriott Pasco is seeking a dependable and guest-focused Breakfast Server to join our hospitality team. This early morning role is responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

  Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the breakfast shift.

  Take guest food and beverage orders accurately and deliver items promptly.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to hotel standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with preparing breakfast menu items and supporting kitchen meal preparation.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain fully stocked food, beverage, and supply stations throughout service.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and assist with basic inventory of breakfast food items, beverages, and supplies.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure the breakfast area, kitchen, and service stations remain clean, organized, and sanitary at all times.

  
  


• 
  

  Clear and sanitize tables, wash dishes, and maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all food safety, sanitation, and brand standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work early morning hours (5:00 AM start time).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong customer service and communication skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

  
  


• 
  

  Food Handler’s Permit required (or ability to obtain).
