Food Server - Dockside Restaurant

Dockside is where Guests gather for lake views, casual comfort, and all-day dining. From early-morning coffee to celebratory dinners, Dockside Servers deliver friendly service in a fast-paced, upbeat environment.

We’re looking for dependable, guest-focused servers who work well on a team and thrive in a dynamic setting where every shift is different.

Job Basics:

• Location: Coeur d’Alene, Idaho
• Schedule: Part-time or full-time; weekends and flexible availability preferred
• Experience: Restaurant service experience strongly preferred
• Physical Requirements: Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 lbs

In This Role, You Will:

• Greet and serve Guests with warmth and attention
• Take and deliver orders efficiently and accurately
• Share menu knowledge and answer Guest questions
• Keep your section clean, organized, and ready throughout the shift
• Handle transactions accurately and coordinate smoothly with the kitchen
• Support teammates during high-volume periods
