Food Service Assistant

• Prepare food item quantities as assigned for the meal services.
  


• Set up station with correct signage for service to take food orders.
  


• Stock supplies in preparation of assigned meal periods.
  


• Accurately enter food order into the POS cash register system.
  


• Adhere to all food safety/sanitation policies.
  


• Clean workstation and maintain equipment.
  


• Assemble and deliver patient meals.
  


• Interact with patients to ensure their needs are met.
  


• Provide excellent customer service.
  

Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of Food Service experience.
  


• Have at least 1 year of experience as a Cashier.
  


• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.
  


• Ability to lift/push/pull 30 pounds.
  


• Must be able to hear adequately and communicate verbally with customers.
  


• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
  


• Work between the hours of 5:30am-7:30pm.
  


• Must be able to obtain proof of your immunization records.
  


• Pass all pre-employment screening including background screen and drug tests.
