Job Description - Food Service Assistant II (Grill Cook)

Description

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, every other weekend 5:30am-2:00pm, weekdays 7:30am 4:00pm, you will work the 5:30am shift 1 -2 days during the week also. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Overtime

Qualifications

Work Experience

At least 2 years food preparation experience in a high volume food service environment. Required

Licenses & Certifications

Must have current State of Illinois Food Sanitation certification or obtain within 6 months of hire. Required
If no valid license is in place prior to hire, Serve Safe Food Handler certification required to be completed within 30 days of hire. Required
