Responsibilities

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for
  • Manage specification sheets
  • Build labels via LableView software
  • Build nutrition plans via ESHA software 
  • Monitor net weights 
  • Monitor expiration date accuracy 
  • Meetings, and reordering supplies 
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party. 
  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research. 
  • Greet and assist visitors. 
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. 
  • Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties at any time. 

Requirements

Education, Experience and Skills Required

  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Ability to work well with others as a team member and under limited supervision 
  • Basic computer skills, and ability to perform basic math to compute weights and measures 
  • Ability to successfully delegate and develop team members 
  • Ability to reliably meet required work schedule and adhere to company attendance policy 
  • Customer service, restaurant, barista, food service, grocery, or similar experience desired 
  • Ability to maintain confidential information 
  • Be able to operate in cold (below 40 degrees) environments 
  • Be able to lift at least 25lbs
  • Be able to stand for 4 or more hours at a time
