Masterpiece Cuisine is a highly rated catering company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We have partnered up with the X-Train to serve food and beverages to guests aboard the Santa Fe Southern Railway in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

We are looking for energetic, out-going and passionate people to join us for this venture. We deliver a total service experience that "WOW's" our guests. We hire our team members based on personality, work ethic, charisma, passion and character. That part cannot be trained.  Our chef's/servers work in an open kitchen stadium like area on the train.  Front and center, not hidden in the back.  They interact with all of our guests while serving up tasty dishes. Are you a server with no cooking experience?  Not a problem, we will train you on all aspects of cooking in our kitchen.  An upbeat and friendly personality with passion is the key to our success.

What you can expect from US:

We offer both full time and part time positions.

A fun, unique work environment aboard a luxury passenger train with management who treats you with respect.

A starting wage of $13 per hour, plus tips for everyone.

What we expect from YOU:
Must pass a Drug test, & Full FBI background check - with no criminal convictions - including DUI.

We use E-Verify to ensure individuals are legally able to work in the United States.

Must be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand or walk for prolonged hours.

Bartenders must have a current New Mexico alcohol servers permit

Perform essential duties and responsibilities at an effective level.

A classic look that is clean, natural, polished and professional, that avoids "cutting edge" trends or extreme styles.
