Pineapple House of Naples, a premier Assisted Living facility, is seeking a dedicated and talented Food Service Supervisor/Executive Chef. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our food service operations while preparing exquisite cuisine tailored to our senior residents. This role requires a passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily food service operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Develop and implement menus that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.

- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.

- Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting for food supplies.

- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall resident experience.

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a food service environment.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent culinary skills with a focus on nutrition and dietary restrictions.

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

- Ability to create innovative and appealing menus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
