Grand Villa of Venice Beach is seeking a dedicated and passionate Food Service Manager to lead our food service department. This role is essential in providing delightful culinary experiences for our senior residents at one of our newest properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire food service team, including hiring, training, and overseeing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the food service department, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.

- Hire, train, and mentor staff to create a cohesive and efficient team.

- Develop and implement menus that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of our senior residents.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service.

- Foster a positive dining experience for residents through exceptional service and culinary offerings.

- Collaborate with other departments to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.
