Food Service Tech Flex

Location: Monticello, Illinois

Shift: Day shift

Schedule: Various Shifts with rotating weekends and holidays

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Food Service Manager, the Food Service Tech Flex will perform a variety of patient, visitor, and staff food service as well as prep and assist all positions of the kitchen or assume duties of all positions in the kitchen depending on staffing needs and production workflow. Able to flex availability to cover scheduled vacations of other positions.

 Regulatory Requirements:

• Illinois Food Protection Manager Certificate preferred.
