Food Service Worker - Part Time

Wage range: $19 per hour 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am to 3pm

Location: 5088 W. Innovation Circle (North Phoenix)

Your Impact 

The Food Service Worker supports daily food service operations in a corporate dining environment. This role assists with food preparation, service, sanitation, and customer service, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming experience for all guests. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service.

What you will do

• Assist with the preparation and serving of food items according to standardized recipes and menus


• Set up and maintain service stations with appropriate supplies and food items throughout meal periods


• Operate equipment such as grills, ovens, slicers, and dishwashing machines safely and correctly


• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food service areas, including counters, equipment, and dining spaces


• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment following food safety protocols


• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines and procedures


• Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests; respond to questions and accommodate special requests as appropriate


• Restock supplies and assist with inventory control as needed


• Support the overall success of the dining operation by working collaboratively with the culinary and service team


• Other duties as assigned

What you will need  

• High school diploma or equivalent 


• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a related field is a plus


• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards


• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds


• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and occasional special events

• Successful candidates must meet eligibility criteria, including the ability to undergo and successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screen in accordance with applicable State laws and regulations. 


• Ability to provide documents for work authorization. We utilize E-Verify, an online system that allows us to confirm the eligibility of our employees to work in the United States. 

Work Environment:

This position operates in a fast-paced kitchen and dining area within a corporate environment. It requires frequent standing, walking, and use of kitchen equipment. Professional appearance and adherence to uniform and hygiene standards are required.
