About the Role – Dietary Aide
As a Dietary Aide, you’ll play a key role in supporting the health and well-being of the seniors we serve. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving a nutritious breakfast and lunch to our participants
• Operating kitchen and dining room equipment safely and efficiently 
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food service areas 
• Assisting with inventory management and proper food storage 

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in food service and is motivated to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.

What qualifications should you bring to the table? We’re looking for that special person who loves serving others with a positive approach. We’d appreciate some experience in a food service setting but are willing to train the right person. You’ll need a ServSafe certification, but if you don’t yet have it, we can help with on-the-job training. Being a team player able to maintain a professional, friendly, and cordial approach to things is super important as well.
