At YWCA Utah, we know that food is more than fuel—it’s comfort, care, and community. As our Food Services Coordinator, you’ll be right at the center of that mission, preparing meals that nourish and uplift the women, children, and families we serve each day. This isn’t

In this hands-on role, you’ll take the lead on daily food prep, keep our kitchen running smoothly using smart systems like FIFO, and support a safe, clean, and organized environment. You’ll work closely with a team, help set the pace, and make sure every meal meets our high standards for quality and care. You’ll also flex your time-management skills, lift supplies when needed, and use your attention to detail to make sure we stay efficient—especially if you have experience with tools like “My Food Program.”
If you’re someone who loves cooking with purpose, thrives in a busy kitchen, and shows up with empathy and teamwork every day, we’d love to have you on our team. Bilingual candidates and those with experience in trauma-informed environments are especially encouraged to apply.
