Food Technologist, Taste Applications, Beverage - Anaheim, CA

Collaborate with cross-functional technical experts, sales, insights, and flavorists to support customers in developing products. Deliver taste/ texture solutions to drive performance across a range of beverage categories. Manage/coordinate flavor applications and associated technical support of diverse project initiatives across the beverage category and can directly support customers with finished product designs from concept to consumer. Actively participate on technical selling team to develop strategic relationships and customer intimacy through ways like leading working sessions and technical to technical customer interactions. Great understanding of Thermal processing (pasteurization, HTST, UHT, and retort) and carbonation. Knowledge of G.M.P's (Good Manufacturing Practices), FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act) and H.A.C.C.P (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points). Good presentation skills including ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audience. Must have computer skills, i.e. MS Office, Outlook, Excel, SAP, and Nutritional labeling software. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training. This position is also eligible for bonuses and benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided. Salary $97,000-$100,000. The application process Interested in this position?
