The Opportunity Cafe Concepts is looking for a detail-driven, design-focused Draftsman with strong Revit skills to help bring innovative café and foodservice environments to life. If you love hospitality, precision, and transforming concepts into build-ready drawings, this role is for you.
Compensation/Benefits
$65,000 - $70,000 based on experience
Medical plus $400 in health reimbursement

Qualifications
3–5 years of experience as a drafting professional or foodservice designer
2 + years of proven experience in Revit with a relevant portfolio
1+ year of CAD experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Workspace - a plus
Familiarity with Salesforce or willingness to learn
Exceptional attention to detail and a personal commitment to excellence
Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask and pivot quickly
Highly motivated and eager to make both an immediate impact and a lasting contribution to the company
Thrives under high expectations; accountable, self-directed, and reliable
Experience in hospitality is a plus; a hospitality mindset is essential
Comfortable working with a diverse range of people, both internally and externally
Responsibilities
Produce highly detailed technical drawings in Revit that align with established foodservice design standards
Ensure the highest level of accuracy, delivering drawings that serve as the reliable foundation for every project’s success
Serve as design lead, supporting Design Project Managers and meeting all established timelines
Participate in client communication and relationship management, representing our design team professionally
Take initiative, proactively driving all assigned tasks to completion
Communicate clearly and consistently with team members to ensure seamless workflows
Work both independently and collaboratively, managing your own schedule while meeting communicated deadlines
Maintain drawing sets throughout the project lifecycle, including updates, revisions, and SKs as needed
Contribute to system and process improvements within the Design Development team
Uphold all RFHSD standards, processes, and procedures within the design department
Engage actively in building and advancing RFHSD’s internal culture—both with clients and coworkers—offering suggestions for improvement when appropriate
Learn and communicate the company’s mission, vision, and values, serving as a true brand ambassador
Provide technical expertise to support the sales process when requested
Become proficient in Salesforce for managing the project pipeline, business development, and sales activity
