This isn't your typical retail job. Through our signature Sit & Fit Experience, you'll work one-on-one with customers to find footwear that fits their lifestyle, comfort needs, and personal style. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Become a Fit Expert

Help customers find their perfect fit by measuring, assessing, and recommending shoes, insoles, and solutions that provide lasting comfort and support.

Create Exceptional Customer Experiences

Deliver personalized service that makes every customer feel welcomed, valued, and confident in their purchase.

Build Your Footwear Knowledge

Learn about leading brands, fit technologies, comfort features, and current trends so you can provide expert recommendations.

Develop Lasting Customer Relationships

Turn first-time shoppers into loyal customers through genuine conversations, trust, and outstanding service.

Keep the Store Running Smoothly

Process transactions accurately, maintain an organized sales floor, and contribute to a positive team environment.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• You genuinely enjoy helping people and creating positive experiences


• You have strong communication and problem-solving skills


• You're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning retail systems


• You're dependable and flexible with evenings, weekends, and busy retail periods


• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus-but we'll train the right person

PAY & SCHEDULE

Earn the greater of:

• $12/hour base pay or


• Commission earnings

Typical earnings: Approximately $12–$22+ per hour, depending on performance.

Hours: 32–40 hours per week

Scheduling:Flexible scheduling with a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Store Hours:

• Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM


• Saturday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM


• Sunday: 11:00 AM–5:00 PM

Team members may occasionally be scheduled before opening or after closing based on business needs.
